Conference Dinner will be held at 21:00h on March 13th, at the Restaurant L'Estimat. Located next to the beach and by the new America's Cup Port, this restaurant probably offers the best seafood paella in the world. Valencian people take paella very seriously, and it is difficult to find it properly cooked, even in Valencia. L'Estimat is certainly one of the places to enjoy it.
Despite the fact that paella is usually only eaten for lunch, we are very aware that you should not leave Valencia without tasting this one. So this is the opportunity to treat yourself to some great valencian vegetables and seafood, and the one and only paella -you will not find one like this one anywhere else in the world-.
